It is composed of a blend of herbs that are anti-bacterial, ant-viral, anti-inflammatory, expectorant (helps get mucous out), warming and calming. Works as a natural vapo rub. A roll up stick makes application to the sinuses (sides of nose and forehead) chest and back quick and easy.
